How To Buy Tickets
Festival tickets are available for purchase on the FOPA website. Web payments are made by credit card and attract a 2.8% booking fee and a 1.7% transaction fee.
Payments can also be made in person at Lorne Visitor Information Centre at 15 Mountjoy Parade (03 5289 1152). Credit card, eftpos and cash is accepted. All purchases incur a $2 admin fee. Lorne Visitor Information Centre will sell tickets until the festival weekend.
During the festival, please head to the FOPA Box Office to buy your tickets. The box office is located at the Festival Hub. Credit card, eftpos and cash is accepted. A 2.8% booking fee and 1.7% transaction fee is charged if paying by credit card or eftpos. There is no booking or transaction fee charged for cash payments.

* Tickets shall not be refunded or exchanged except as provided in the Entertainment Industry Code of Practice. Transaction and service charges are not refundable.
* Children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket to enter shows with parents, however they must sit on the parents lap and cannot take up a seat.
Conditions of Sale
The right is reserved to vary advertised programs - to add, withdraw or substitute artists where necessary.
The right of admission is reserved. Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of venue management.
No person of any age will be admitted without a valid ticket of admission.
Tape recorders, video cameras and still cameras may not be brought into the venue, and all pagers and mobile telephones must be turned off before entry.
Ticket holders attending the event do so at their own risk.
